Q: Are your prices in United States Dollars?

A: Yes.

Q: I live outside the New York City area, can I participate in your CFA®️ Online Programs?

A: The lessons are online, on-demand so that you can watch them as many times as you like, whenever you like, and still have access to Nathan Ronen, CFA for instructor support to answer your questions or go over problems.

Q: I don’t have one of Chalk & Board's acceptable payment types as listed during the purchase process, how can I submit payment?

A: Email and we will be able to assist you in making your payment.

Q: Do you offer any installment payment plans?

A: Not at this time.

Q: English is not my first language, can I still participate in your program?

A: Yes. We work with candidates from all over the world where English may not be their native language.

Q: Do I need to register for the CFA Exam BEFORE signing up for your program?

A: No. However, it would be advisable for you to register and set up your CFA exam date as soon as possible.

Q: My exam date was cancelled, will I still have access to your content until my new Exam Date, even if it’s in the following year?

A: We do not expect the recent number of deferrals and rescheduling of CFA Exams to be an ongoing occurrence. However, we will handle each deferral or rescheduling on a case by case basis.

Q: I didn’t pass my exam on the first attempt, do I still have access to your content for my next exam date?

A: Our CFA Exam Online Lectures Package is available to the end of the exam year cycle purchased. For example, if you purchased the 2022 online Level II Package and you did not pass your exam, you have access to the on-demand learning until December 2022. If you purchased the 2023 on-demand learning in 2022 you would have access until December 2023.

Q: I purchase last year’s curriculum books. If I join your program, do I need to purchase updated books from the CFA Institute?

A: Upon registering for your CFA Exam, CFA Institute provides you with the current curriculum books (PDF or Ecosystem) for your exam level and year.

Q: I can’t take my exam as planned, can I transfer my C&B Account and the content to another candidate?

A: No. Our content and profile are proprietary and are not transferrable.

Q: I’m still enrolled at my local university; do you offer a student discount?

A: Yes, if your University is a participating member.

Q: My company will reimburse me for my course. Do you have a receipt I can give my boss?

A: Yes, after you purchase a Chalk & Board product or service, you automatically receive a receipt of your order form that can be submitted to your company for reimbursement.

Q: I am a member of my local CFA Society; do I receive a discount if I join your online lectures program?

A: Yes, if your Society is a participating member of the Chalk & Board Discount Program.
