TERMS & CONDITIONS
Recordings: Cancellations of membership for Chalk & Board recordings must be done within 7 calendar days after online access is granted by contacting Chalk & Board LLC. A 15% administrative fee will be charged. An additional charge may be incurred based on an online usage calculation determined by Chalk & Board LLC. Past 7 calendar day access, no refunds will be granted.
Live Classes: A $200 fee will be charged for cancellations anytime up to 4 weeks prior to the live class start date. A $300 fee will be charged for cancellations anytime within 4 weeks. Candidates can change the location for attending a live class provided the class is offered in that area. The location change needs to be made no later than a week prior to the class start date by contacting Chalk & Board LLC.
The instructor reserves the right to dismiss candidates without refund who are deemed disruptive, disrespectful or acting in a non-professional manner. Professional behavior must be maintained at all times to provide the best learning environment for all.
Photographs/Video and Audio Recording
Candidates are not allowed to photograph, video record or audio record any part of the lectures without the express permission from Chalk & Board, LLC. Violation of this policy will result in candidate removal from the classroom. No refunds will be provided.

Access to online products expires June 30, 2018. Promotion may change at any time without prior notice. Chalk & Board LLC releases new product material every year as the CFA Program curriculum changes yearly.
